You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Kloom. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Kloom is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Kloom is a free task management application that provides a daily routine workflow for organizing and prioritizing tasks. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Not use the service in any way that could damage or impair it

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any tasks, categories, and other content you create in Kloom. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. However, by using the service, you grant us the right to store and process your content as needed to provide the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kloom at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Kloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kloom and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
